Charlie, I have not seen any discussion about deriving a neutral by installing a zig-zag transformer. They come many sizes. Just passing this on.

Hey Bill thanks for your comment. That is another option. Zig-Zag transformers (sometimes called grounding transformers) are often used to ground an existing three wire three phase system by creating a neutral point that is then connected to ground. They can also be used to supply line to neutral loads if they are sized for that.
