Thanks for the question. There is very little information in your question. Based on what is provided, we will respond as follows: There are two spaces required to be clear relative to the two disconnect switches. First there is the minimum working space that is required in front of the equipment in accordance with Section 110.26(A)(1), (2) and (3). The depth of the working space must be not less than 3 feet and the minimum width in front of the equipment must be at least 30 inches, or the width of the equipment, whichever is greater. The next required space is the dedicated space above and below each of the disconnects as required by 110.26(E)(2).It would be good to ensure that the insulated piping you refer to in the question does not enter those required spaces.
