Hey Kaylea thanks for your question. Field Labeled and Field Evaluation Body are two new definitions that were added in the 2017 NEC. Some testing laboratories offer a service (FEB)to evaluate equipment or materials in the field (on site) and issue a report. If the evaluation determines the equipment or material meets the requirements of applicable codes and standards a Field Label is attached. The AHJ can then use this to help with their approval of equipment or an installation. The definitions are new to the NEC but the process has been available for quite a while.
