Can you have a kitchen GFCI attached to a bathroom GFCI. When kitchen GFCI is tripped the hall bathroom lights go off.

Hey Louis thanks for your question. No, although it seems that is what was done in your example. The small appliance branch circuits must supply all wall and floor receptacle outlets, in the rooms described, as stated in 210.52(B)(1) and those circuits cannot supply any other outlets as stated in 210.52(B)(2).
