Hey Oliver thanks for your comment. You are correct but the original question did not mention anything about clothes. Rooms that contain electrical distribution equipment sometimes have signs that refer to the room as an electrical closet. Doing that could suggest to some that the room was intended to be used for storage which could create a violation of 110.26(B) - if the material was stored in the working space. Although describing the room as a closet is not specifically prohibited simply stating that is an electrical room might be better.
