Conditions in Louisiana and Southeast Texas may become hazardous for workers who will be restoring power, and performing cleanup and recovery operations. OSHA wants you to stay safe while helping others. Responding to emergencies like this during a pandemic makes worker safety even more challenging. Please take all necessary precautions to protect your crews from the spread of COVID-19.

OSHA Safe + Sound Week, held August 10-16, is a nationwide event that recognizes the successes of workplace safety and health programs and offers information and ideas on how to keep America’s workers safe. Canceled OSHA ET&D 10-hour and 20-hour Train-the-Trainer Classes August 24th-28th in The Woodlands, TX

Following extensive conversations, and after careful consideration by members of the Electrical Transmission & Distribution Partnership, the decision has been made to cancel the upcoming Fall 2020 OSHA ET&D 10hr. & 20hr. Train-the-Trainer classes that were scheduled to take place in The Woodlands, TX from August 24th-28th, 2020.

The OSHA Electrical Transmission & Distribution Partnership is hosting another set of ET&D 10hr. & 20hr. Train-the-Trainer courses August 24 – 28. 2020 at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center in The Woodlands, Texas. The Woodlands Resort is approximately 30 minutes north of Bush Intercontinental Airport.
