NECA reports, "On December 20, 2013, the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) released a statement that a final ruling on Electric Power Transmission and Distribution; Electrical Protective Equipment (RIN 1218-AB67), which would protect workers constructing and repairing high-voltage power lines, had been established and will soon be added to the federal registrar; a date for this has not yet been set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)."
