Hey Larry thanks for your question. "Quick connectors" can mean different things and neither they or "twist on connectors" are specifically detailed in the NEC. Electrical connections are covered in 110.14 and there are rules about the types of conductors, materials, temperature limitations, etc. If the quick connector is listed and you are following those listing instructions and complying with the NEC rules the answer is yes. Keep in mind many different types of connectors and splicing devices can have advantages and disadvantages.
