Hello CQD.
Thanks for all the information! In a residential panelboard, can the neutrals of branch circuits be connected under the same barrel in the terminal bar? I'm not seeing a restriction for this in the NEC. Your opinion would help.

Hello Mel and thank you for the comments. This installation is restricted. Section 408.41 indicates that each grounded (neutral) conductor shall terminate within the panelboard in an individual terminal that is not also used for another conductor. There is an exception that indicates that grounded conductors of circuits with parallel conductors shall be permitted to terminate in a single terminal if the terminal is identified for connection of more than one conductor. Hope this is useful.
