Can I wire dishwasher and disposal off the 2 appliance counter circuits?

Answer:

Hey Frank thanks for your question. Yes, if you meet some conditions. The exception to 210.23(A)(1) limits the small appliance receptacle circuits to supplying only the receptacle outlets in 210.52(B) as stated in 210.11(C)(1). The dishwasher and waste disposal would need to be supplied from receptacles and meet the conditions of 210.23 regarding their maximum load. Also make sure the appliance instructions do not require an Individual Branch Circuit as that term is defined in Article 100 and stated in 110.3(B).
